30/06/2009 Evaluation meeting in Kampala and simon is picking up his new tailored suit!!!!

28/06/2009 The team are now evaluating the project and Martin is planning his next crazy plan for 2010....
27/06/2009 Day six has seen us finally arrive in Kampala and reach the end of our long run of over 240km!!! Today has been a very busy day and the live update will follow later.....
26/06/2009 Day five has seen us travel from Lugazi to Seta and within touching distance of Kampala.. The local Red Cross team have run first aid and road safety awareness sessions on the whole route today!!! p.s. "we now think our knee's will survive"...
25/06/2009 Day four from Jinja to Lugazi went very well and even the hills couldn't stop the run for humanity team!!! The Lizard was on great form through the forest today!!
24/06/2009 Day three from Iganga to Jinja began at 6am and had many hills which martin enjoyed so much he didn't want to stop!! The team were welcomed by the community as they run through Jinja town with a police escort.
